Account information. When you sign up or book a demo, we collect your name, email address, company name, and team size.

Connected source data. When you connect third-party tools (such as Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, or Gong), Clarity ingests customer feedback and product signals from those sources using read-only access. This data is used solely to generate recommendations for your team.

Usage data. We collect standard analytics on how you interact with our website and product, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Clarity platform, generate synthesized recommendations for your team, communicate with you about your account or our services, and ensure the security of our systems.

What we do not do

No AI training. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. It is only processed to generate results for your team.

No selling of data. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

No cross-customer access. Your data is fully isolated at the database level using row-level security. Other customers cannot access your data.

Data storage and security

All data is stored and processed in the United States on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). For more detail, see our Security page.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate our platform, including cloud hosting, authentication providers, and analytics tools. These providers are selected for their security practices and are only given access to data necessary to perform their functions.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you disconnect an integration, we will delete the associated data from our systems.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for functionality and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
