These terms govern your use of the Clarity platform and website operated by Clarity (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Clarity, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
Clarity provides a product management platform. You may use the service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Clarity, including data ingested from connected third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to access, process, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Clarity service for your team. We will not use your data for any other purpose, including training AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Connected integrations
When you connect third-party tools to Clarity, you authorize us to access data from those sources using the permissions you grant. Clarity requests read-only access only and does not write to or modify your source systems.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to connect your organization's tools to Clarity.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other customers' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the service in violation of applicable laws.
Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability, and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
